MN Twins vs New York Yankees

Join your friends at Happy Trails Tours and we’ll “Take You Out to the Ballgame!“ It’s the Minnesota Twins verses the New York Yankees. We’ll make various early morning stops beginning in Grand Rapids, then on the Iron Range, Duluth and Cloquet area picking up people as we go along. We’ll arrive to the Target Field about an hour before the game is scheduled to begin. After the game (and they generally last about 2-½ hours), we’ll make a quick dinner stop on the way home in Hinckley, paying on own. The coach will arrive to the Scanlon/Cloquet area at about 5-5:30 pm and the Iron Range Cities about 7:00-8:30 pm (depending on traffic). We hope you can join us!

  • Motor coach transportation from Hibbing, Virginia, Eveleth, Swanson Park & Ride and Cloquet & Sanlon
  • Reserved seats at Target Field (12:10 PM Game) Home Plate Box Seats
  • Time permitting - Guided walk around Target Field before the game begins (Bring your camera)
  • Fully guided with a Happy Trails Tour Representative

Boarding time: 5:30 am @ Hibbing; 6:00 am @ Virginia; Eveleth @ 6:20 am; Swanson’s P & R @ 6:30 am; Duluth @ 7:30; Proctor @ 8:00 am; Scanlon @ 9:00.

$50 per person (non-refundable) deposit due with registration within 7 days of receiving this brochure. Deposits are transferable. Personal check, money orders or credit cards accepted. Final payments are due August 15, 2012. Documents will arrive in early September after final payments have been received. Refunds between registration date and August 15, 2012 are contingent to what Happy Trails Tours receives back from bus charter, MN Twins and tour company. There are no refunds after August 26, 2012.

Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. No seat is considered solid without a deposit paid. Minors must be accompanied by an adult. This tour will happen rain or shine. If the game is rained out, a refund for only the portion of the game ticket is refundable through MN Twins. However, this is their call. Sometimes games are delayed due to weather, which may affect the day’s schedule. If the game is rained out and cancelled, we’ll take you someplace out of the elements where you are dry and safe.

We reserve the right to adjust this tour for the benefit of all traveling. We have no control over weather, MN Twins game schedule or charters. Should a change occur, we will inform you of any adjustments as we learn of them. We need a minimum of 30 travelers to take this tour. If we fall below that number and the tour is cancelled, all monies paid will be refunded.
